When Success Coach and Career Consultant, Victoria Rubio started her coaching business in 2018, she made it her ultimate mission to not only focus on those who needed help overcoming their perceived limitations but to also offer strategies and skills to professionals on how they can stand out as leaders in their industries so they can advance in their careers and business endeavours.
After starting her practice, which initially focused on helping single moms overcome their obstacles and learn how to use their circumstances as leverage to succeed, Rubio then started her second business, VR Success Services – Career and Business Advancement in 2020.
“Through both businesses, my mission is to help others reach their highest possible potential,” she shares. “Through my programs and services, I help my clients create paths of fulfillment and abundance and I offer streamlined strategies and services to help them overcome obstacles and stand out as leaders in their careers, lives, and businesses.”
Offering one-on-one coaching programs, group coaching programs, and self-paced programs within her transformation and success coaching business, she also offers a plethora of streamlined carer advancement services within her VR Success Services business.
“I am passionate about helping people be the best they can be, that has been my goal and purpose my entire life, and it was also the reason I became a social worker,” she explains. “One repetitive pattern that I noticed while working with so many clients throughout my social work career, was that most people have the skills and passion within them to reach their desired successes, but they just don’t know how to go about it. Many people get stuck in doubt, fear, worry, or in the mental and emotional outcomes of past or present circumstances.”
While there are a few coaches in the Windsor-Essex area, Rubio shares her coaching showcases her expertise when it comes to the art of empowerment through lesson learning.
“Every experience has at its core a great lesson to be learned. These lessons serve as the catapult of progress, and this is what I specialize in when it comes to Success Coaching,” she says. “There is no circumstance or experience that can’t be overcome. There is also no unachievable dream. I believe this wholeheartedly.”
Rubio states that throughout her experience as a coach, the most valuable insight she’s gained is that we all have to be fully present.
“We must fully acknowledge and voice our fears, weaknesses, and incompetence to truly begin the transformation process to overcome them,” she shares. “We have to be fully present, open, and honest about ourselves, with ourselves and others, and not be ashamed of what lies within us. That takes a lot of courage and will help us grow faster than pretending to be other than our true self ever will. You can work with who you are to be successful, there is no need to be anyone else.”
Describing herself as grateful, determined, and always persevering, Rubio explained what empowers her the most is finding the purpose and uncovering the lessons of every situation, experience, and circumstance.
“This immediately prevents victim and self-pity mentality, and ensures we grow past the experience.”
